The Anne Arundel County Community Action Agency, Inc. is proud to present the 1st Time Home Buyers’ Class.

Start the year with a new home in mind and end it with a new address. Get the help you need to become an educated homeowner.  Visit the Maryland Mortgage Program at mmp.maryland.gov for information on state funded down payment assistance programs.

FHA completion certificates will be issued. You must attend the entire session to receive the FHA certificate.  Certificate is good anywhere in Maryland except Baltimore City and Baltimore County.

$50.00 per household! Please register and pay online. (no exceptions). Invest in the future of home ownership.
